REFUND POLICY

Please read our official policy guidelines carefully regarding course enrollment, payments, and batch transfers.

1. No Refund Policy

Nifstar Education Center follows a strict No Refund policy. Once a student registers and completes payment for the Stock Market Masterclass Course or the Forex Market Mastery Course, the fee is final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after registration or after the batch has started
  • Failure to attend live sessions, whether due to personal, professional, medical, or any other reason
  • Dissatisfaction with the course content, trainer, or outcomes
  • Withdrawal at any stage of the course, whether before, during, or after batch commencement
  • Violation of the Code of Conduct resulting in removal from a batch

By completing payment, students acknowledge and accept that no refund — full or partial — will be issued once registration is confirmed.

2. Batch Transfer as the Only Alternative

While refunds are not available, students who are genuinely unable to continue in their current batch may request a one-time transfer to a future batch, free of charge, provided:

  • The request is made before 40 % of the course sessions have been completed, and
  • Seats are available in the requested future batch

This transfer is offered at the sole discretion of Nifstar Education Center and is not a right or entitlement.

3. How to Request a Batch Transfer

Send your name, batch details, payment confirmation, and reason for the request to our WhatsApp number: 9579219322 / 7058579322. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Acknowledgment

Enrollment in any Nifstar Education Center course constitutes acceptance of this No Refund Policy. Students are strongly encouraged to review the course syllabus, batch timings, and fee structure carefully before completing payment.
