TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in any Nifstar Education Center courses.

1. Enrollment

By registering for a Nifstar Education Center course (Stock Market Masterclass or Forex Market Mastery), you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are enrolling voluntarily to receive market education and training. Enrollment is confirmed only after registration and payment are completed and verified by our team.

2. Batch Rescheduling

  • If you miss a live session, you may attend the same session in a future batch (online or offline) at no extra cost, subject to seat availability.
  • Batch date/time changes initiated by Nifstar Education Center (e.g., due to trainer availability or unforeseen circumstances) will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance where possible, and an alternate slot will be offered.
  • Students may request to move to a different batch once, free of charge, with at least 48 hours' notice before the batch starts.

3. Course Access Duration

  • Live sessions must be attended within the batch's active 18-day (Stock Market) or 20-day (Forex) schedule.
  • Recorded sessions, if provided, remain accessible for 24 Hours from the start of the course.
  • Lifetime support (community access, doubt-clearing) continues after course completion as described in course materials, subject to the community's ongoing rules of conduct.

4. Code of Conduct for Live Sessions

  • Sessions are for enrolled students only; sharing login/access links with non-enrolled individuals is not permitted.
  • Recording, screenshotting, or redistributing session content without written permission is prohibited.
  • Students are expected to behave respectfully toward trainers and fellow students; disruptive or abusive conduct may result in removal from the batch without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course material — presentations, strategy notes, syllabus, recorded videos, and proprietary strategy names (e.g., "Star Magic Strategy," "9:20 Morning Strategy") — is the intellectual property of Nifstar Education Center. Students may use this material for personal learning only and may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute it commercially.
